What is Pi Academy?

Who delivers the programs?
Practitioners with hands-on experience delivering complex infrastructure and project controls, so learning is applied to real work rather than theory.
Which levels does the training cover?
Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert. The Foundation certificate is open to all with no prior experience; role-based pathways then develop planning engineers, cost controllers and estimators, risk managers and project controls managers.
How does the six-step coaching approach work?
Candidate enrolment; assessment of mindset, strengths and qualifications; coaching to set a PMC career path and development plan; training and mentorship by industry experts; team deployment on live projects for field experience; and continuous skill development to stay industry-relevant.
